“The location is so perfect next to everything, I did not event took the subway during my stay. Front desk was welcoming and professional. The room was as expected, nice and clean. loved the decoration and the view. I only stayed for one night but it was so good to spend the night in a nice comfy bed. The hotel don't provide breakfast. the hotel restaurant provides a la carte, but honestly they re many option around to get something good at anytime of the day.”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points by Sheraton in the Houston Yard area, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. First and foremost, the hotel's location is fantastic for anyone looking to be near the heart of the city. It's convenient and easily accessible, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and it was evident that maintaining a neat environment is a priority for the staff. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The front desk staff, especially Juan, was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their dedication to providing a great experience was evident. On top of that, the hotel bar is a fantastic spot. Although I currently can’t recall the name, I must mention that Angel, one of the best mixologists I’ve encountered, consistently surprised me with his creative cocktails. His professionalism and cool demeanor made each visit to the bar an enjoyable experience. As an Elite Ambassador who travels extensively, I have stayed in many hotels, but the combination of location, cleanliness, and outstanding service at Four Points made my recent stay truly memorable. “I stayed here for my work trip for 6 days. I paid for the morning breakfast as part of my booking. The breakfast there was amazing! I ate the same eggs and potatoes it was so delicious! The drinks were amazing when I hanged out at the bar. The staffs are so welcoming and so so so nice! They are very sweet to accommodate anything we ask and anything they can do. I would love to be back at this place given any chance”

“We stayed here for a convention at the Javits Center, the location of this hotel is very good as it's within a reasonable walkable distance to the center. The hotel staff are wonderful as our flight was delayed and I was worried about losing my room however with one phone call they were able to assist me and assured me that I would have my room upon landing. The service is wonderful and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again in the future!”
